GLOSSARY:

Albumin - Forms a film which lifts wrinkles to the level of surrounding skin. Found in egg whites. As albumin dries, it shrinks and contracts the skin.

Algae - Claimed to help tighten and moisturize skin, algae is derived from ocean vegetation and is hydrophilic.

Algin - (Seaweed Extract) - Gelatinous substance contained from seaweed that is used as an emulsifier. It serves as a barrier to protect against moisture loss.

Allantoin - Used to soothe wounds and skin ulcers, Allantoin is very effective in stimulating the growth of healthy tissue. It is non-toxic.

Almond Meal - Most effective when used as a natural and gentle exfolliant, almond meal is commonly used in scrubs and masques.

Aloe Vera Gel - Comprised of juice from the Aloe plant, this natural gel has been used for years to calm and soothe minor irritations. Helps soften the skin’s surface and enhance the natural healing process.
